We will have paperwork for you to fill out when you first arrive and a trained Client Advocate will go over your paperwork with you and answer any questions you may have. We can also provide you with information about your pregnancy options.

  • You will receive your pregnancy test results during your appointment

  • After a positive pregnancy test, you will receive a Pregnancy Verification Form. This form will help you will setting up a Ultrasound, getting on medicaid and Wic.

  • After a positive pregnancy test, Hart Life can provide first ultrasound appointment (conditions apply).

    We also will provide Medical Referrals, Abortion Education, Adoption Information and referrals.
